What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are variable, based on the total amount of your order. For regular shipping within the U.S. and Canada, the shipping rate is 12% of the merchandise total. There is a minimum shipping charge of $12.99. For current shipping rates and for more information regarding shipping charges, click here. For very large orders, you may be entitled to a discount on shipping.

What is the delivery time for normal ground shipping?

For regular shipping, the time in transit depends on the distance from our warehouse, which is located in Littleton, MA. Generally, shipments are delivered within 5 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. We ship Monday–Friday (except holidays).
